* Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) Degree in Law or Psychology.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience working in a Human Resources department.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

* Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian labor laws, including the Omnibus Law on Job Creation (UU Cipta Kerja) and general manpower regulations.
* Must be domiciled in Gresik.

* Passionate about automotive maintenance with a solid understanding of vehicle repair and servicing.
* Must be domiciled in Gresik or Surabaya.
