## The ANJ Management Trainee (MT) Batch XXI Program
The ANJ Management Trainee program is a prestigious nine-month initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders. This intensive curriculum provides comprehensive professional training, skill development, and leadership grooming tailored for the plantation industry. Graduates of this program will be strategically placed in departments that align with their educational background, personal aptitudes, and performance evaluations throughout the training period.
Successful trainees may be placed in various vital sectors, including:
* Operational & Engineering: Overseeing technical production and infrastructure.
* Sustainability & EHS: Managing environmental impact and occupational health and safety.
* External Affairs & Human Resources: Handling stakeholder engagement and talent management.
## Eligibility Requirements
ANJ seeks high-integrity, dynamic, and proactive individuals ready to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Candidates must meet the following criteria to qualify for the program:
Educational Background
* Agronomy: Agronomy, Agricultural Cultivation, Agrotechnology, Plant Pests and Diseases, Soil Science, and Plant Breeding.
* Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, and Agricultural Engineering.
* Supporting Roles: Law, Psychology, Communications, Environmental Engineering, Public Health (Occupational Health and Safety), Architecture, and Chemistry (MIPA).
General Prerequisites
* Hold a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Single status and a willingness to remain unmarried for the 9-month duration of the MT program.
* Commitment to a 2-year service bond upon completion of the training.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
