## Available Internship Positions
We offer diverse opportunities across various departments to help students and fresh graduates gain practical, real-world experience.
1. Public Relations
Responsibilities: Assist in the monthly production of Enermia* magazine, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and provide operational support for corporate events.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication Science.
2. Sociology
* Responsibilities: Contribute to sustainability and environmental initiatives, develop community economic growth plans, perform social mapping, calculate Social Return on Investment (SROI), analyze community satisfaction indices, and prepare periodic reports.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Sociology.
3. Budgeting and Accounting
* Responsibilities: Handle financial administrative tasks and demonstrate a solid understanding of tax administration.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D1) to Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
4. Forest Management and Watershed Rehabilitation
* Responsibilities: Perform technical analysis including soil moisture content in reclamation areas, land cover changes, land subsidence, and soil permeability.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Soil Science or Agriculture.
5. Technical Maintenance and Heavy Equipment
* Heavy Equipment Mechanic: Manage planned and unplanned maintenance (preventive, predictive, and corrective), troubleshooting, overhaul, and continuous improvement programs.
* Welder and Machine Tool Operator: Execute welding tasks and operate specialized machinery such as lathes, drills, milling machines, and line boring equipment.
* Maintenance Planner: Design maintenance schedules, plan material requirements, analyze equipment history data, and create work orders to ensure operational excellence.
* Qualifications: SMA/SMK through Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Maintenance, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Welding, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
6. Mining Operations (PIT Banko Tengah A)
* Responsibilities: Gain hands-on exposure to coal mining activities, master mining methodologies, learn about heavy equipment selection, and calculate equipment productivity.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
## Required Documentation
Candidates must prepare the following documents based on their current academic or employment status:
* For SMA/SMK Students: Internship request letter from the school, CV, latest report card, student ID card, and BPJS Kesehatan (National Health Insurance).
* For Active University Students: Internship proposal, CV, latest academic transcript, student ID card, KTP (National ID), and BPJS Kesehatan.
* For Fresh Graduates: Internship proposal, CV, academic transcript, diploma certificate, KTP, and BPJS Kesehatan.
