## Career Opportunity: Basic Development Program (BDP) Batch 2 – 2026
BGA Group is proud to launch the Basic Development Program (BDP) for 2026. This program is designed to transform high-potential graduates into future leaders in the palm oil industry through intensive training and mentorship.
General Qualifications
* Education: Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s Degree (or those with a maximum of 2 years of professional experience).
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Readiness: Must be fully prepared to undergo a comprehensive 6-month basic development training program.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in our operational sites across Central or West Kalimantan.
Specialized Streams
Candidates may apply for the following functional tracks based on their academic background:
1. BDP Agronomy: Open to graduates of Agronomy, Soil Science, Forestry, Agrotechnology, or related agricultural disciplines.
2. BDP Engineering: Open to graduates of Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or Chemical Engineering, as well as related technical fields.
