## Current Career Openings at the Deli Serdang Facility
We are currently looking for qualified individuals to fill the following roles. All positions require a minimum GPA of 3.00.
1. Finance Cashier
In this role, you will manage daily factory cash operations and ensure financial accuracy.
* Key Responsibilities: Generating daily factory cash reports, conducting daily cash audits, processing sales receipts, and managing detailed sales and defective product reports.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Accounting or Business Administration. Proficient in MS Excel. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though one year of experience in cashier operations is preferred.
2. Quality Control (QC) Analyst
You will be responsible for upholding our strict quality standards by analyzing raw materials and finished goods.
* Key Responsibilities: Testing production samples, performing incoming quality inspections, documenting analysis results, and reporting any deviations to management.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Biotechnology. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
3. HRGA Staff
This position ensures that our facility operates efficiently by managing human resources and general affairs.
* Key Responsibilities: Overseeing employee operations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment (5R, K3, ISO compliance), managing Halal Assurance System requirements, and handling industrial relations and administrative tasks.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law or Management. Experience in the manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
4. Quality Control Supervisor
Lead our QC team in maintaining the integrity of our products through rigorous oversight.
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinating analyst schedules, monitoring testing procedures to ensure compliance until product release, and managing the inventory of laboratory supplies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Biology. Minimum one year of experience in a QC role with a deep understanding of chemical and microbiological analysis.
5. PPIC Supervisor
As a Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Supervisor, you will optimize our supply chain and production workflows.
* Key Responsibilities: Developing production schedules, planning material requirements, and monitoring raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering. Must have 1–2 years of experience in PPIC and proficiency in integrated software like SAP or Oracle.
6. Engineering & Production Supervisor
Manage the technical aspects of our production line to ensure peak operational efficiency.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring equipment downtime, overseeing maintenance schedules (daily to annual), evaluating technical team performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 1–2 years of experience in maintenance or utilities, with a strong grasp of electrical systems and PLC.
