## Position: LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer
We are currently seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Marketing and Sales team. This role is essential for maintaining our commercial commitments and ensuring the seamless delivery of LNG to our global partners.
Core Responsibilities
The LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer will be responsible for the following critical functions:
* Annual Delivery Program (ADP) Development: Compiling necessary data to establish LNG delivery schedules and projections, ensuring stakeholders receive timely and accurate ADP documentation to facilitate effective negotiations.
* Contractual Coordination: Managing communication and negotiations with buyers regarding Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) implementations, including pricing adjustments and contract terms.
* Procedural Execution: Managing supplementary agreements, coordinating with surveyors and seller representatives, and handling administrative protocols to ensure efficient, on-schedule shipments.
* Logistical Documentation: Overseeing cargo shipping documentation, including port authority filings and loading/unloading instructions, to guarantee valid and timely export compliance.
* Inventory Management: Proposing weekly inventory plans and coordinating with field personnel to ensure supply availability aligns with future delivery schedules.
* Financial & Commercial Operations: Calculating and drafting LNG cargo invoices based on Japanese Crude Cocktail (JCC) benchmarks to protect the commercial interests of DSLNG.
* Spot Cargo & Vessel Management: Implementing spot cargo agreements and managing spot ship charters to ensure vessel availability and optimal fleet performance.
* Reporting & Budgeting: Preparing periodic internal and external management reports and overseeing the Marketing and Sales department’s budget to ensure strict financial compliance.
Professional Qualifications

* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is highly preferred.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant commercial experience within the oil and gas industry is required.
* Employment Terms: This is a permanent position featuring a mandatory three-month probationary period.
