## Management and Administrative Roles
We are looking for strategic leaders and organized administrative professionals to drive our business functions forward.
1. Branch Coordinator
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in any major.
* Experience: 10 years in the heavy equipment industry, with at least 3 years in a Branch Manager role.
* Requirements: Strong leadership, professional English proficiency, and flexibility to be assigned based on company needs.
2. Area Manager
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in any major.
* Experience: 3 years in the heavy equipment industry.
* Requirements: Proven strategic development skills, strong communication, leadership abilities, English fluency, and willingness to be deployed nationwide.
3. Marketing Admin
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in any major.
* Experience: 2 years in a similar administrative role.
* Requirements: Excellent Ms. Office skills, English proficiency, ability to work toward performance targets, and a communicative, agile approach.
4. HRD Admin
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Experience: 2 years in HR administration.
* Requirements: Familiarity with HRIS, proficiency in English, target-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
5. Finance Officer
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Finance or Accounting.
* Requirements: Proficient in MS Office, experienced in handling cash flow, AR, and AP, as well as journal preparation. English proficiency is an added advantage. Candidates residing in Jabodetabek are preferred.
## Technical and Sales Positions
We are seeking hands-on technical experts and ambitious sales professionals to support our regional operations.
Technical Roles (Mechanics)
* Locations: Palembang, Jambi, Lampung, Pontianak, Samarinda, Palu.
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent.
* Requirements: 4 years of experience in the field, expertise in troubleshooting and engine overhauls, possession of valid SIM A and C licenses, and a strong sense of responsibility. Candidates residing near the placement area are prioritized.
Sales Roles
* Locations: Palu, Samarinda, Sampit.
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in any major.
* Experience: 3 years in a similar role.
* Requirements: Strong analytical skills in consumer segmentation, excellent negotiation capabilities, possession of valid SIM A and C licenses. English proficiency is a plus.
