* Placement: South Sumatra
* Job Description:
* Supervise and ensure all maintenance and repair activities strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Monitor equipment performance metrics—including Physical Availability, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and scheduled versus unscheduled maintenance ratios—to achieve operational targets.
* Prioritize workload efficiently for broken-down units.
* Job Requirements:
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (STM), Diploma III, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Foreman within a mining contracting company.
* Comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, trucks, and support machinery.
