Key Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a D3, D4, or S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply, while those with prior maintenance or leadership experience are at an advantage.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Mechanical Applicants: Must have a solid understanding of gearboxes, bearings, and related mechanical components.

* General: Ability to operate design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor is required.
