## Open Position: Personalia Staff
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personalia Staff member to manage key administrative and human resources functions at our Head Office in Pos Pengumben, West Jakarta.
Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for streamlining human resources documentation and ensuring compliance across the following areas:
* Documentation Management: Overseeing the receipt, distribution, and filing of employee records, as well as managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Attendance Administration: Preparing comprehensive reports regarding attendance penalties and conducting the necessary validation processes for these records.
* Disciplinary Procedures: Drafting and distributing formal disciplinary documentation, including reprimand letters and official warnings.
* Employee Benefits: Managing and processing employee medical claims efficiently.
Required Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must demonstrate a blend of administrative expertise and technical proficiency:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field of study.
2. Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a similar Personalia or HR staff role.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to navigate and manage online-based work systems.
4. Work Location: Must be willing to be based at our Head Office in Pos Pengumben, West Jakarta.
