Required Qualifications

* Educational Background: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or Energy Conversion Engineering.
* Analytical Aptitude: Demonstrable ability to troubleshoot complex issues with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Team Dynamics: A proven capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
* Operational Flexibility: Must be willing to work on a rotational shift schedule.
