We are seeking high-potential graduates to join our manufacturing leadership pipeline.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Profile: Fresh graduates (max. 26 years old) with strong conceptual and analytical thinking.
* Advantage: Prior experience in Production, Engineering, PPIC, QC, Warehouse, or Maintenance within a manufacturing setting is highly valued.
