We are seeking a proactive and skilled Production Foreman to join our team at our Cikarang Timur facility. This role is integral to maintaining our commitment to quality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Ensure all production machinery operates within established standard protocols.
* Process Management: Supervise daily production activities to meet rigorous quantity and quality targets.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain precise records of all production metrics and activities.
* Resource Planning: Coordinate material requirements to align with production scheduling.
* Strategic Improvements: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Professional Requirements
* Educational Background: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in a production environment (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of production workflows, AM & PM concepts, Continuous Improvement methodologies, 5R (5S), and OHS (K3) regulations.
