## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age Limits: Minimum 18 years old; maximum 26 years for trainee positions (3 & 4), and maximum 35 years for all other roles (1, 2, 5, 6, & 7).
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Marital Status: Trainee candidates (3 & 4) must be single and remain unmarried during the training period.
* Physical and Professional Readiness: Must be in good health, highly disciplined, and prepared to work hard in remote areas with limited internet connectivity.
* Logistical Requirements: Must possess a personal motorcycle for roles 1 and 2.
* Work Experience:
* 3 years of relevant experience for roles 1 and 2.
* 2 years of relevant experience for roles 5 and 6.
* 1 year of relevant experience for role 7.
## Training Program and Benefits for Trainees
Candidates selected for the Agronomy Foreman, Harvest Clerk, and Transport Clerk programs will participate in a comprehensive 3-month training curriculum. The terms and conditions are as follows:
* Service Bond: Successful candidates must submit their original diploma to the company. The diploma will be returned upon completion of a mandatory 2-year service bond following the training.
* Training Support: During the 3-month program, trainees will receive a monthly stipend.
* Included Facilities: The company provides free housing, water, electricity, and meals for all trainees, as well as necessary training supplies, including sportswear, footwear, headgear, and study materials.
