* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree holder from any major.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to be stationed at any Sociolla store location across Indonesia.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, unwavering integrity, and a proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
* Passion: A genuine interest in building a long-term career within the retail sector and a readiness to achieve performance-based targets.
* Availability: Must be comfortable working in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and national holidays.
