1. Management Trainee (MT)
Our MT program is designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders through intensive coaching and end-to-end business exposure.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Packaging Engineering, or Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
* Graduated from a reputable institution with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Maximum age of 25 as of April 2026.
* Strong command of written and verbal English.
* Demonstrated excellence in teamwork and leadership.

2. Accounting Staff (Fixed Assets)
We are looking for a meticulous professional to manage our fixed asset lifecycles and ensure rigorous financial compliance.
* Responsibilities: Asset verification, depreciation monitoring, reconciliation of financial statements, and supporting internal/external audits.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in fixed asset management.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
3. PPIC Staff
This role is the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that raw materials are available to meet demanding production schedules.
* Responsibilities: Planning material arrivals, managing import/local logistics, and coordinating with QC and R&D departments.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
* At least 2 years of experience in PPIC or material planning.
* Familiarity with ERP and MRP systems.
* A proactive approach to demand planning and forecasting.
4. Chemistry Analyst
The Chemistry Analyst plays a critical role in quality control and environmental stewardship within our production facilities.
* Responsibilities: Laboratory chemical analysis, process solution testing, water demineralization maintenance, and waste treatment plant (WTP) management.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma (D3) in Chemistry Analysis.
* Strong foundation in laboratory instrumentation and chemical protocols.
* Disciplined, detail-oriented, and physically prepared for production-area tasks.
5. Database Administrator
Help us optimize our digital backbone by ensuring the integrity of our SAP system through proactive data management.
* Responsibilities: Updating records, performing data cleansing, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve database discrepancies.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering.
* 2+ years of experience in project administration or SAP implementation.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation management.
