The selected HR Staff member will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our workforce management. Your daily duties will include:
* Administrative Oversight: Managing end-to-end HR administration, specifically focusing on attendance and payroll accuracy.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive reports on employee attendance, salary disbursements, and leave balances.
* Data Processing: Collecting and analyzing attendance data to ensure seamless payroll execution.
* Compliance: Monitoring employee attendance adherence and managing necessary permits for foreign workers (TKA).
* Database Maintenance: Keeping accurate records of new hires and staff resignations in alignment with payroll cut-off schedules.
Ideal Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of analytical skills and administrative expertise:
1. Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or Management.
2. Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a similar HR or administrative role.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in Canva is considered a distinct advantage.
