## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to make a significant impact on Indonesian agriculture. To be eligible for the September 2026 intake, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Gender: Male.
2. Age: Maximum 25 years old.
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
4. Academic Achievement: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
5. Mobility: Willingness to be stationed anywhere across Indonesia.
6. Training Conditions: Ability to reside in company housing during the training period and commit to a two-year service bond.
7. Physical Standards: Must be in excellent physical and mental health, and must not be color blind.
8. Dedication: Willingness to participate in all intensive training modules.
