## 1. Human Resources (HR) Staff
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional to facilitate smooth administrative operations and support our growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Oversight: Manage employee attendance records and assist with payroll administration, including precise overtime calculations.
* Data Reporting: Prepare periodic HR reports and conduct insightful data analysis to support management decisions.
* Asset Management: Coordinate the lifecycle of employee assets, such as laptops, and oversee seamless onboarding and offboarding procedures.
* Recruitment Support: Assist in talent acquisition efforts to meet the manpower requirements of the organization.
* HR Initiatives: Drive employee engagement activities and implement various HR programs at the site level.
* Compliance: Ensure all HR processes strictly adhere to labor regulations and internal company policies.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or organizational experience in HR is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive operational work plans and asset management strategies that align with corporate objectives.
* Facility Oversight: Manage the daily operations of office buildings, including maintenance, safety protocols, utilities, housekeeping, and tenant services.
* Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve maintenance or safety issues to ensure uninterrupted building functionality.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain effective communication with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery.
* Maintenance Monitoring: Evaluate both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure building assets remain in peak condition.
* Compliance: Guarantee that all building operations meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company benchmarks.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in property management, facility management, or asset operations.
* Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, building maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
* Professional Certifications: Relevant certifications in Facility Management, Fire Safety, or BNSP Building Management are considered a significant advantage.
* Travel: Willingness to travel and conduct site visits across Jakarta and other operational areas, including Batang, Central Java.
