## Role Requirements & Professional Background
We are looking for a dedicated quality assurance specialist who thrives in dynamic, high-impact environments. To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following baseline qualifications:
* Experience: Bring a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, demonstrating proficiency across both manual and automated testing methodologies.
* Advanced Testing Expertise: Possess demonstrable, real-world experience designing and executing rigorous integration testing, alongside load and performance testing for production-ready, enterprise-grade systems.
* Diverse Ecosystem Testing: Show a proven track record of evaluating web platforms, mobile applications, and complex API-driven architectures that interact with multiple connected systems.
* Analytical Rigor: Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities, translating complex system behaviors into crystal-clear bug reports and comprehensive test documentation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrate the interpersonal skills necessary to work seamlessly alongside software developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
## Core Technical Competencies

* Manual Testing Mastery: Expert capabilities in test plan formulation, test case design, exploratory testing, regression cycles, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Web & UI Automation: Practical fluency in modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent tools.
* API Validation: Comprehensive knowledge of API testing and automation using platforms like Postman, REST Assured, or similar utilities.
* System Integration Flows: Deep experience validating data flows across multi-system environments, including Point of Sale (POS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and third-party APIs.
* Load & Performance Engineering: Hands-on proficiency with performance tools like k6, JMeter, Locust, or Gatling. Candidates must know how to conduct bottleneck analysis and interpret critical metrics such as throughput, response times, error rates, and p95/p99 percentiles.
* Database Proficiency: Solid command of SQL to execute data validation checks and efficiently prepare test datasets.
* DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with integrating automated test suites into CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or comparable tools.
* Project Management & Tooling: Daily fluency with defect tracking and test management software (e.g., Jira, TestRail) alongside Git version control, basic Linux administration, and Docker for smooth test environment configuration.
