Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
* Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in Sales or Marketing. Previous experience within the media, television, or event organizing (EO) industries is highly preferred.
* Networking: Possession of an established network of companies, advertising agencies, or potential advertisers is a distinct advantage.
* Soft Skills: Must be highly communicative, confident, and possess strong persuasive abilities.
* Performance-Driven: A proven track record of being target-oriented and focused on achieving tangible results.
* Mobility: Must be willing to work in a mobile capacity, conducting regular client visits.
* Collaboration: Capable of working effectively both as an independent contributor and as part of a collaborative team.
* Logistics: Possession of a private vehicle and a valid driver’s license (SIM) is considered a plus.
* Availability: Must be willing to be based and work in Solo.
