## Role Overview: HSE Staff
As an HSE Staff member at PT. Bina Megah Indowood, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our workplace safety protocols. You will be the frontline advocate for environmental protection and occupational health, ensuring that our production facilities operate at the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Core Responsibilities
Your primary objective will be to foster a culture of safety and operational excellence. Your daily duties will include:
* Policy Implementation: Translating corporate Occupational Health and Safety (K3) and environmental policies into actionable workplace procedures.
* Routine Auditing: Conducting regular site inspections to proactively identify hazards and ensure that all working conditions meet rigorous safety benchmarks.
* Incident Management: Serving as the lead in risk identification, incident investigation, and the thorough documentation of any workplace accidents or near-misses.
* Educational Outreach: Leading safety training sessions and educating the workforce on the correct application and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Regulatory Compliance: Monitoring evolving HSE regulations to ensure that the company remains fully compliant with all local and national legal requirements.
## Professional Qualifications
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who combine technical proficiency with a strong analytical mindset. The ideal applicant will meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in a relevant field.
Certifications: Possession of a valid Sertifikat AK3 Umum* (General Occupational Health and Safety Expert certificate).
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a working knowledge of AutoCAD for technical reporting and layout analysis.
* Regulatory Knowledge: A deep understanding of environmental standards and K3 legislative frameworks.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Work Ethic: Resilience and the ability to perform effectively under high-pressure environments, coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities and clear communication skills.
