## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the continued success of our operations in Central Kalimantan, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a related field.
* Professional Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for General Manager, Estate Manager, and Mill Manager roles.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for Assistant roles.
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply for our Management Trainee programs.
* Industry Knowledge: Proven background in palm oil plantations and mill processing operations is essential.
