1. SCM Administrator (Admin SCM)
As an SCM Administrator, you will play a critical role in streamlining supply chain documentation, managing transporter data, and supporting vendor relations to ensure seamless logistics operations.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Receive, sort, and manage delivery orders and invoices submitted by transporters.
* Input and process logistical data efficiently utilizing Microsoft Excel and SAP software.
* Verify and ensure absolute accuracy in all transporter billing data.
* Facilitate smooth document handover to the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams.
* Support vendor management administration, including price comparisons, claim handling, vendor registration, contract management, and periodic evaluations.
* Handle administrative tasks related to additional quotations from forwarders and transporters.
* Organize, file, and manage both digital and physical import documentation.
* Prepare essential documents and supporting letters for import processes.

* Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee and ensure that flour production processes strictly adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Coordinate daily production team activities to guarantee operational smoothness and high product output quality.

* Monitor raw material utilization to maximize production efficiency.

* Compile comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

* Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct shift-handover briefings while ensuring strict adherence to environmental health and safety regulations.
* Inspect post-packing product storage areas, calculate total packed yields, and generate accurate Production Output Handover Forms.
* Update First-In, First-Out (FIFO) tracking for products designated for loading and issue Transfer Order Slips.
* Collaborate effectively with the Foreman, Loading Checkers, and Forklift Operators throughout the loading phase.
* Inspect fumigated inventory and process corresponding fumigation orders.
* Assist the Quality Assurance (QA) team in verifying cargo loads for upcoming schedules and collect rejected items resulting from the loading process.
* Maintain optimal cleanliness and organization across the warehouse and leftover loading areas.
