## General Qualifications & Requirements
To ensure our team maintains the highest standards of craftsmanship and efficiency, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Junior High School (SMP) graduate.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior experience in a similar manufacturing environment will be considered a significant advantage.
* Technical Proficiency: Sewing operators must be capable of operating J1, J2, and computerized sewing machines efficiently.
* Personal Attributes: Must demonstrate high levels of honesty, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
