## Job Role: Production Engineering
As a key member of our engineering division, you will be instrumental in driving manufacturing efficiency, minimizing downtime, and ensuring seamless operational workflows. We rely on our engineering team to bridge the gap between strategic production goals and daily shop-floor execution.
Core Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive, detailed production schedules alongside meticulous equipment maintenance calendars.
* Monitor, supervise, and critically evaluate daily manufacturing processes to guarantee output meets strict organizational targets.
* Conduct in-depth analyses of operational efficiency and workforce productivity while proactively proposing performance-enhancement initiatives.
* Draft, review, and consistently update standardized Work Instructions (WI) and core production parameters.
* Resolve operational bottlenecks swiftly by deploying rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing permanent corrective actions.
* Generate detailed performance reports accompanied by data-driven recommendations for continuous process improvement.
* Enforce strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality benchmarks, and corporate safety regulations.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with related departments to synchronize production workflows and maintenance schedules.
Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
* At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience working as a Production Engineering specialist within a manufacturing setting.
* Working knowledge and practical understanding of ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) frameworks.
* Demonstrated expertise in conducting productivity analyses and measuring manufacturing process efficiency.
* Proven background in implementing Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or equivalent frameworks.
* Solid grasp of modern manufacturing processes, heavy production machinery, and fundamental plant maintenance.
* Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving prowess, and proficiency in executing Root Cause Analysis.
* Strong aptitude for technical report writing, data analytics, and formulating actionable improvement strategies.
* Ability to excel both independently and within collaborative, multidisciplinary team environments supported by clear communication skills.
* Advanced computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel functions.
