## Candidate Requirements
We are searching for high-achievers who are ready to take on the complexities of a fast-paced, multinational business environment. To be eligible for the Deli Management Trainee Batch XIII, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00).
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates or professionals with less than one year of formal work experience.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office tools.
* Language Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written English.
