## Internship Tracks and Professional Areas
We are currently recruiting for diverse departments to support our operations. Below are the key roles available for the 2025 program:
1. Human Resources & General Management
* Learning & Development: Assist in training coordination, material design using creative tools (Canva/Adobe), and LMS administration.
* Recruitment: Manage candidate sourcing, resume screening, and the onboarding lifecycle.
* Admin General Affairs: Oversee asset tracking, data auditing, and inventory management.
2. Engineering, HSE, and ICT
* Engineering: Support equipment maintenance, SOP drafting, and spare part optimization.
* HSE: Facilitate SMK3 compliance, ISO 45001/14001 documentation, and safety training.
* Programmer: Develop applications using Laravel, jQuery, and Power Platform to streamline workflows.
* Farm Data Digitalization – IT: Build dashboards for farm data visualization and synchronize field-to-office information.
3. Research, Production, and Quality Assurance
* Seed Technology Research: Study seed-borne diseases and manage Seed Health Management (SHM) practices.
* Production Research: Focus on agronomic protocols, particularly for watermelon production and grafting techniques.
* Quality Assurance: Refine seed germination testing and optimize automated sampling methods.
* Breeding: Participate in hybridization and field cultivation for crops like tomatoes and eggplants.
* Production Development Support: Manage variety trial observations and assist in variety registration processes.
4. Communication and Design
* Public Relation: Handle media monitoring, press releases, and management of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
* Design Grafis: Produce high-impact visual assets and infographics to support smallholder grower education and internal campaigns.
## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for the EWINDO Seed Program 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Status: Currently enrolled as an active university student or a recent graduate in a field relevant to the chosen department (e.g., Agriculture, Psychology, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or Management).
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office; specialized skills in design software, coding, or data visualization tools are a distinct advantage depending on the role.
