## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who possess a blend of academic excellence, operational agility, and a deep commitment to our corporate values. To qualify for our program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, Accounting, or Psychology.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
* Experience: Open to recent graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
* Core Competencies:
* Fluency in English and professional proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Demonstrated organizational skills evidenced by leadership roles or active extracurricular involvement.
* Strong interpersonal capabilities combined with high integrity and a passion for the energy sector.
