## Business Development / Sales Manager
As the Business Development / Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary representative of Esin Group in Indonesia. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader capable of advising international clients, driving sustainable revenue growth, and fostering cross-border collaboration between our local and overseas offices.
Core Responsibilities
* Client Engagement: Lead both online and in-person consultations, manage the end-to-end proposal process, and oversee contract negotiations and payment coordination.
Strategic Advisory: Guide foreign investors through the complexities of setting up a PT PMA* (foreign-owned company), navigating business visa requirements, and securing office space.
* Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients, local vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
* Business Growth: Identify and pursue high-value opportunities, targeting family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and international corporations.
* Branch Development: Oversee the successful setup and launch of our Jakarta branch, including infrastructure implementation and the development of performance KPIs.
* Collaborative Alignment: Coordinate closely with our Singapore and China offices to ensure global service consistency and strategic alignment.
Candidate Requirements
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
* Mandatory: Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support our diverse client base.
* Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* At least 2 years of experience in corporate services, immigration, or business consultancy.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian PT PMA* incorporation and regulatory compliance.
* A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
## Accounting and Tax Manager
The Accounting and Tax Manager is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity and regulatory compliance of both our internal group entities and our diverse portfolio of international clients. This role is essential for maintaining the high standard of fiscal accuracy that Esin Group is known for.
Core Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance: Manage monthly bookkeeping, tax filings, and investor reporting for PT PMA* clients, ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian financial regulations.
* Internal Oversight: Supervise the accounting operations for our group entities based in Bali.
* Operational Excellence: Develop and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless service delivery across the organization.
* Financial Facilitation: Assist international clients with complex tasks such as bank account opening and liaising with local financial institutions.
* Team Leadership: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development for the local accounting team.
* International Reporting: Maintain consistent communication with our Singapore headquarters regarding regional financial performance and client updates.
Candidate Requirements
* A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax compliance, audit, or corporate accounting.
* Strong technical understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
* Fluent English skills; proficiency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
