* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Electronics Engineering (Weak Current).
* Technical Proficiency: A strong grasp of Arduino programming and the ability to operate microcontroller modules effectively.
* Experience: While we welcome fresh graduates with a strong passion for technology, candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience in manufacturing or electronic assembly will be prioritized.
* Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret electronic circuit schematics, ranging from basic to intermediate levels.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, backed by excellent communication skills.
* Personal Attributes: High levels of discipline, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
## Role Responsibilities
As a Manufacture Engineer Staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our hardware solutions meet rigorous performance standards. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Assembly and Integration: Executing the assembly, installation, and integration of electronic hardware, with a specific focus on Arduino-based systems and microcontrollers.
* Quality Assurance: Performing functional testing and comprehensive troubleshooting on both production models and experimental prototypes.
* Production Support: Assisting in daily workshop or factory operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Resource Management: Overseeing the maintenance of workshop tools and ensuring the consistent availability of electronic components in the production area.
* Technical Documentation: Drafting accurate reports, logs, and technical documentation regarding assembly processes and device repairs.
