## Join Our Team as a Junior Operator
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Operator to join our operational team in Cilamaya, Karawang. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient functionality of our gas turbine combined cycle power station systems.
Core Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Shift Leader and Unit Controller, the Junior Operator will:
* Monitor and manage station equipment within strictly defined operational guidelines.
* Ensure all processes align with safety and efficiency protocols.
* Utilize technical documentation to maintain the integrity of power generation activities.
* Work effectively within a rotating shift schedule to ensure 24/7 plant stability.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Ability to interpret logic diagrams and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
* Familiarity with Combined Cycle Power (CCP) operations and water chemistry.
* Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical drawings.
* Knowledge of standard power plant terminology and operational functions.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, a detail-oriented mindset, and sound critical thinking skills.
* Communication: Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory for reporting and documentation.
