Currently, we are spearheading key initiatives, including our role in the O&M Consortium for the Palu-3 2×50 MW power plant in Sulawesi. ## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Gender: Male.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a related field.
* Technical Proficiency: Priority will be given to candidates with prior experience working within power plant environments.
* Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory for effective inter-departmental collaboration.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to work effectively within a team and maintain high levels of professional communication.
