1. Environment & Security Staff (Code: ES STAFF)
* Manage and supervise control measures for water, air, and waste pollution.
* Ensure strict adherence to the Environmental Management System and all relevant legal regulations.
* Minimum D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or cigarette industry environment.
* Male, maximum 27 years old.
* AK 3 General certification (preferred).
* Familiarity with ISO 14001, SIMPEL, and SPEED KLHK reporting.
2. Factory Performance Management Staff (Code: FPM STAFF)
* Assist in aligning annual business plans and executing strategic project management.
* Manage Performance Management Systems and provide developmental suggestions to leadership.
* Execute incidental tasks as directed by management.
* Minimum S1 in Business Management, HR, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Statistics.
* Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in FMCG, tobacco, or business consulting is an asset.
* Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong capability in conducting organizational assessments.
3. Factory Business Process Improvement Staff (Code: BPI STAFF)
* Oversee company policies, internal regulations, and business process management.
* Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems.
* Minimum S1 in Business Management, HR, or Industrial Engineering.
* At least 1 year of experience in quality management or business processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio; ability to create coherent business flowcharts.
* Understanding of risk management (Risk Register) and ISO 9001:2015.
4. Purchasing Compliance Staff (Code: PC STAFF)
* Draft purchasing regulations, manage suppliers, and ensure operational compliance.
* Prepare comprehensive reports on purchasing activities and conduct training sessions for business departments.
* Minimum S1 in Economics, Accounting, IT, Law, or Management.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* SAP experience is a significant advantage.
* Exceptional attention to detail and high proficiency in Excel.
5. TCM Operation Staff (Code: TCM STAFF)
* Generate weekly integrated stock reports and monitor warehouse activity.
* Manage SAP operations (MM & FI modules) and coordinate tobacco import processes.
* Minimum D3 in any major; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
6. Utility Electrician (Code: UE STAFF)
* Perform preventive maintenance for utility systems, including dust collectors, chillers, AHUs, and generators.
* Execute troubleshooting and drive utility process improvements.
* Minimum S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* At least 1 year of experience in the field.
* Proficient in reading electrical drawings and utilizing industrial electrical tools.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD, PLC, or similar automation software.
