* Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of direct marketing experience, preferably within the manufacturing or heavy industrial sector.
* Strategic Capability: Ability to formulate and execute high-impact marketing strategies that align with business growth targets.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in English is mandatory; conversational or written Japanese proficiency is considered a distinct advantage.
* Network: An established professional network within the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
* Soft Skills: A communicative and persuasive personality capable of building long-term partnerships.
* Age Profile: Between 30 and 45 years old.
* Licensing: Possession of valid Indonesian driving licenses (SIM A and SIM C).
