## Position Available: Production Admin

Key Qualifications
* Gender and Age: Female, aged 23–30 years old.
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any relevant field.
* Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Production or Operations Administrator within the mining industry is highly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Candidates must be skilled in using functions such as SUM, IF, and VLOOKUP, as well as experienced in generating data dashboards.
* Reporting Skills: Proven ability to create and manage comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
* Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with standard mining terminology and workflows, including overburden removal, extraction, and hauling processes.
* Data Management: Proficient in tracking and inputting metrics regarding vehicle ritase, equipment operational hours, and site productivity.
* Soft Skills: High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and professional integrity.
