1. Partsman
As a Partsman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring seamless warehouse operations to support our field technicians and industrial projects.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate from any major.
* Residency: Must be a local resident of the designated placement area.
* Experience: Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior industrial warehouse experience (prior warehouse management background is a strong advantage).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel.
* Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
* Health Requirement: Must have received at least the first booster COVID-19 vaccination.
* Work Locations: Samarinda (East Kalimantan) and Tabalong (South Kalimantan).
2. Sales Representative
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to expand our market presence, manage B2B client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the mining, forestry, oil and gas, and general industrial sectors.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any discipline.
* Residency: Local residents of the designated placement regions are prioritized.
* Experience: At least 1 year of proven B2B sales experience in mining, forestry, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors.
* Licensing: Must possess a valid and active driver's license (SIM A).
* Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for client site visits and business development.
* Technical & Soft Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), possessing stellar negotiation, honesty, accountability, and teamwork capabilities.
* Work Locations: Banjarbaru, Berau, Balikpapan, and Tanah Bumbu (South Kalimantan).
