1. Production Planner
The Production Planner plays a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run seamlessly, balancing material requirements with shipping timelines to meet our global delivery targets.
* Oversee and organize daily production schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
* Monitor daily production workflows and proactively address bottlenecks.
* Coordinate across inter-departmental teams to align production goals with company objectives.
* Manage administrative tasks within the production department to ensure accurate documentation.
* Track material flow throughout the production cycle and ensure adherence to shipping deadlines.
* Generate comprehensive reports and summaries regarding production KPIs and operational performance.
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any field.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment or production control.
* Demonstrated expertise in production planning, ideally within an administrative or inventory management context.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), SAP, and ERP systems.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a self-motivated and independent work ethic.
* Fluency in English or Mandarin is highly preferred.
2. Shipping Officer
The Shipping Officer is responsible for the seamless execution of our import and export logistics, ensuring that all documentation and port communications comply with international trade standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for principals, shipping terminals, port authorities, and external partners.
* Oversee the end-to-end administration and documentation processes for all import and export activities.
* Prepare essential shipping documentation, including CEISA, AWB, B/L, Packing Lists, PPFTZ, and LCL export/import documents.
* Maintain oversight of all logistical activities to ensure they remain on schedule.
* Draft and submit detailed reports on the status and realization of import/export shipments.
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any discipline.
* Prior professional experience within a shipping or logistics company.
* Solid understanding of ship agency management and regional trade regulations.
* Must be willing to be based in Batam; candidates currently residing in Batam will be prioritized.
* Fluency in English or Mandarin is required.
