* Business Travel Coordination: Handle end-to-end travel logistics, including flight itineraries, hotel accommodations, travel advances, expense reimbursements, and vendor partnerships.
* Document and Signature Management: Review official documents requiring executive sign-off, offering necessary context, clarifications, and active follow-ups.
* Expense Administration: Process corporate credit card settlements, reimbursement claims, medical and transportation claims, and associated vendor invoices.
* Correspondence Management: Draft, review, and coordinate official business letters and documents supporting Sales, Marketing, and broader corporate objectives.
* Recurring Operational Support: Facilitate monthly meetings, compile and track departmental reports, manage mobile phone billing, and streamline routine administrative workflows.
