## Role Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the flow of our manufacturing processes. Your primary duties will include:
* Machine Operation: Safely operating and continuously monitoring production machinery to ensure optimal output.
* Quality and Reporting: Documenting production results, tracking raw material usage, and reporting any mechanical issues or quality discrepancies to management immediately.
* Inventory Management: Performing monthly stock opname, monitoring ink and silo levels, and notifying the team when supplies are low.
* Logistics Support: Assisting with loading and unloading processes, verifying physical goods against delivery notes, and preparing accurate packing lists for outgoing shipments.
* Site Maintenance: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, specifically near the indoor Silo and tented warehouse areas.
* Daily Reconciliation: Conducting daily checks to ensure that reported production figures align perfectly with physical inventory on hand.
* General Duties: Completing any additional tasks assigned by supervisors, with responsibilities subject to periodic review to meet evolving business needs.

* Educational Background: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent qualification.
