We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee mechanical and plumbing installations, ensuring strict adherence to project blueprints and quality benchmarks.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Valid Intermediate or Junior SKA (Certificate of Competence) issued by an authorized institution (Optional).
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience within a supervision consulting firm.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and supervise all contractor site activities.
* Draft comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
* Coordinate with stakeholders and provide technical insights to ensure alignment with mechanical plumbing specifications.
* Conduct thorough technical analyses and draft justifications for related tasks.
2. Instrument Engineer
An experienced specialist is required to inspect, evaluate, and verify project documentation, with placement in Muara Enim, South Sumatra.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Telecommunications, Electronics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or Railway Systems.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical, electronic, or signaling sectors (Railway industry background is a distinct advantage).
* At least 3 years of working experience within a supervision consulting environment.
* Willingness to be stationed in Muara Enim, South Sumatra.
* Available to join immediately.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect and evaluate contractor execution quality.
* Provide expert recommendations to the Team Leader and fellow team members.
* Compile daily, weekly, and analytical progress reports.
* Prepare technical justifications and verify crucial project documents.
3. Team Leader
We need a visionary leader to orchestrate supervision consulting activities, manage team dynamics, and act as the primary liaison between the employer and the contractor.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* At least 5 years of proven experience in Construction Project Management or Supervisory Consulting.
* Possession of a valid Intermediate SKK issued by an official institution (Optional).
* Demonstrated prior experience serving in a Team Leader capacity.
* Uncompromising professional integrity and readiness for deployment across any region in Indonesia.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the supervisory consulting team throughout the contract lifecycle.
* Establish task execution guidelines, encompassing data collection, processing, and output presentation.
* Moderate and lead all discussions with executing contractors.
* Receive directives from the project owner and clearly communicate all requirements to the consulting team.
