## Current Opening: Production Specialist Operator
We are currently inviting applications for the position of Production Specialist Operator. This role is vital to our manufacturing process, ensuring that our high standards of product excellence are maintained across every batch.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a critical role in our production line by performing the following duties:
* Machine Operation: Efficiently operate, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance on production machinery.
* Operational Standards: Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet daily output targets without compromising product quality.
* Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with facility hygiene protocols.
* Reporting: Document daily production yields, track raw material consumption, and provide detailed reports on any technical challenges encountered during the shift.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in Mechanical Engineering with at least two years of proven experience in a production operator role.
* Diploma (D3) graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering are encouraged to apply (fresh graduates are welcome).
* Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations is essential.
