Lowongan Kerja PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia Tbk Management Trainee – Human Resources Curious about the people behind manufacturing—and how HR supports the teams that keep things moving? If you’re a fresh graduate in Industrial Engineering or Management, we’d love to meet you. What you’ll do: Support Human Resources processes and activities according to departmental needs Conduct data gathering, processing, and analysis to support HR requirements Prepare reports and presentations based on data processing and analysis Support work process analysis and assist in identifying existing issues Apply PDCA and 7 QC Tools in analysis and improvement processes Develop an understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and their application in the workplace Collaborate with team members and relevant stakeholders to carry out tasks and solve problems Participate in job rotation and plant visits to gain exposure to work processes and the manufacturing environment What we’re looking for: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) from a reputable university in Industrial Engineering or Management Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Basic understanding of Human Resources Management and labor regulations Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data processing skills Able to gather and analyze data and prepare reports Knowledge of PDCA and 7 QC Tools Good communication and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Strong learning agility, adaptability, and resilience Proactive, initiative-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented Demonstrate high integrity, accountability, and responsibility Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Physically and mentally fit to work in both office and manufacturing environments Willing to participate in job rotation and plant visits Placement: Karawang- West Java Send your CV to
