## Departmental Opportunities
1. Accounting and Finance
Our accounting team ensures the integrity of financial data, including revenue, expenditure, asset inventory, and tax compliance.
* Requirements: Degree (D3/S1) in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or Business Administration.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, strong analytical abilities, and a solid understanding of the accounting cycle and financial reporting.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
2. Civil Engineering
Focused on infrastructure, this role involves planning, designing, and maintaining site facilities.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Civil Engineering.
* Skills: Expertise in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction material knowledge. Experience in welding is a distinct advantage.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
3. Drone Operations and Technology Development
We are integrating cutting-edge technology into agriculture through our drone and software teams.
* Roles: Drone Pilots, Web Developers, and IoT Developers.

4. Factory Operations
The backbone of our production, the Factory department encompasses six specialized divisions:
* Mill & Boiler: Steam and juice production management.
* Process House: Clarification, evaporation, and crystallization.

* Engineering Service: Machine maintenance and preventive repairs.
* Laboratory: Quality analysis and reporting.

5. Plantation Management
This department oversees the entire agricultural lifecycle, from land preparation and cane breeding to harvesting and stillage distribution.
* Disciplines: Agriculture, Forestry, Sciences (Math, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Stats), and Engineering.
* Focus: Maximizing crop yield, pest control, and mechanical harvesting efficiency.
6. Warehouse, Inventory & Finished Goods (FGWH)
Efficient logistics are critical to our supply chain. Our team manages inventory across Plantation, Workshop, Factory, and Civil divisions, as well as the storage and distribution of finished sugar products.
* Requirements: Open to all D3/D4/S1 graduates with a strong orientation toward Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
7. Workshop (Heavy Equipment & Mechanization)
Our workshop professionals ensure that our fleet of tractors, haulage trucks, and harvesters are in peak condition.
* Disciplines: Mechanical, Agricultural, or Electrical Engineering.
* Skills: Diagnostic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for heavy-duty machinery.
8. Personnel (Human Resources)

* Requirements: Bachelor of Law (S1).
