1. Welder
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Skills: Proficient in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Certifications: 3G-6G welding certification is highly preferred.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience welding hydraulic tubes and rods.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret technical drawings and utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Technician
* Education: Minimum SMK (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
* Experience: At least 1 year in assembly or as a technician within the heavy equipment or cylinder industry.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using calipers and interpreting technical blueprints.
3. Sales Support
* Education: Minimum SMK.
* Experience: At least 1 year in Sales Support, Sales Admin, or general administration.
* Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of drafting professional quotations, and detail-oriented.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, proactivity, and an agile learning mindset.
4. Inspector
* Education: Minimum SMK (Mechanical Engineering).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in the pneumatic, hydraulic, or seal manufacturing sectors.
* Technical Proficiency: Capable of creating 2D/3D technical drawings and utilizing precision tools (vernier, caliper, micrometer). A strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is essential.
5. Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC)
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role.
* Responsibilities: Managing and monitoring production schedules from material procurement to finished goods; overseeing onsite project execution.
* Soft Skills: Proven leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
