# Career Opportunity: Join the Jakarta Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) for Fiscal Year 2024
The Jakarta Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), operating directly under the authority of the Governor, is officially seeking dedicated professionals to join its Data and Information Center. We are currently opening recruitment for Individual Service Providers (PJLP) for the 2024 Fiscal Year to strengthen our disaster mitigation and emergency response capabilities.
## General Eligibility Requirements
All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the selection process:
* Citizenship: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI) with strong adherence to national values and state principles.
* Residency: Preference is given to holders of a Jakarta Identity Card (KTP).
* Health Status: Must be physically and mentally fit, including passing a color-blindness test (verified by official medical documentation from a hospital or public health center dated no earlier than December 2023).
* Clean Record: Must be free from narcotics or illicit substances, verified by official medical or institutional certification.
* Professional Conduct: Candidates must demonstrate high integrity, loyalty, and the ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and within a team.
* Flexibility: All roles require a commitment to a 24/7 shift system, readiness to be deployed anywhere within the Jakarta region, and the ability to be called upon as needed.
* Commitment: Applicants must sign a notarized statement confirming they will not pursue civil servant status (CPNS/PNS/PPPK) during the contract period.
* Independence: Applicants must not currently hold local positions (such as RT/RW/LMK/FKDM) or be engaged in other state-funded employment or active political campaigns.
## Available Positions
We are looking for motivated individuals to fill the following specialized roles for the 2024 Fiscal Year:
1. Site Office Manager (Supervisor) – 1 Position
* Profile: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in Call/Command Center management. Must be proficient in mapping software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and InaSAFE.
2. Customer Relation (CR) – 2 Positions
* Profile: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Requirements: Expertise in journalism, social media management, website administration, and graphic/video design software (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop).
3. Community Manager (CM) – 10 Positions
* Profile: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Communications, or related fields.
* Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in emergency call center operations or disaster data management, with proven leadership abilities.
4. Geographic Information System (GIS) Specialist – 2 Positions
* Profile: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geography or Geology.
* Requirements: Certified proficiency in ArcGIS, QGIS, and OpenStreetMap.
5. Disaster Information and Technology (KBN) – 10 Positions
* Profile: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
* Requirements: Proficient in disaster data processing, radio communications, and digital information management.
6. Call Center (CC) Staff – 33 Positions
* Profile: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Requirements: Exceptional verbal communication skills and a clear, professional speaking voice. Previous call center experience is highly advantageous.
7. Office Support/Cleaning Staff (OB) – 2 Positions
* Profile: Minimum High School diploma (SMA).
* Requirements: At least 2 years of proven work experience in general maintenance.
