* Professional Experience: At least 10 years in the taxation sector or a minimum of 5 years as a Supreme Court Judge with experience in tax dispute resolution.
* Tax Compliance: Must have a clean record of submitting Annual Income Tax Returns (SPT PPh) for the last three years (2023–2025).
* Reporting Compliance: Must have fulfilled LHKPN/LHK reporting obligations for the past three years (where applicable).
* Technological Proficiency: Ability to work efficiently within modern information technology frameworks.
* Additional Criteria for Civil Servants (PNS): Must not be currently serving or have previously received medium or severe disciplinary penalties, and must possess a formal recommendation from their originating institution.
