## Job Role Overview: CoC Data Management
Stepping into the CoC Data Management position places you at the heart of administrative oversight and data stewardship within the forestry sector. This role is vital for ensuring seamless compliance, tracking, and reporting operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Oversight: Manage and supervise documentation related to Production Result Reports (Laporan Hasil Produksi / LHP).
* Data Processing & Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis, accurate system input, and continuous monitoring using SIPUHH Online and Woodtracking platforms.
* Reporting & Compliance: Draft routine reports concerning forest product administration while evaluating and monitoring Chain of Custody (CoC) implementation.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this dynamic operational environment, applicants must meet specific professional and educational criteria designed to ensure data accuracy and regulatory adherence.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Forestry, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or other relevant fields of study.
* Experience Level: Open to ambitious fresh graduates, as well as professionals equipped with up to one year of relevant experience in forestry administration or forest product management.
* Regulatory Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of regulations and procedures governing forest product management.
* Technical Proficiency: Exceptional data analysis capabilities coupled with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities to coordinate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
