## Tamaris Development Program (TDP)
Our development program is designed for ambitious individuals ready to make a tangible impact on our business operations.
1. Investment & Commercial
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Investment, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or Consulting.
* Skills: Expertise in financial modeling, business valuation, and investment analysis. Familiarity with M&A, divestment, or energy infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
2. Risk Management
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, or IT.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in data analysis, risk assurance, or data control.
* Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, and Excel. Strong grasp of statistical modeling, machine learning (ARIMA, LSTM), and risk assessment frameworks.
## Project Management and Technical Positions
We are looking for technical experts to support our project execution and infrastructure maintenance.
3. PPC Officer (Project, Planning & Control)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Min. GPA 3.30).
* Skills: Proficiency in project scheduling, WBS development, and resource management. Experience with Primavera or MS Project is a major advantage. Must be fluent in English.
4. IT Staff
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT infrastructure or system development.
* Skills: Knowledge of IoT, RMS systems, network security, and AI/automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Specialized Technical Roles
* Technician (PLTM Sungai Buaya & PLTM Silau): D3/S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 2+ years of experience in power plants. Preference for North Sumatra residents.
* PLTS Technician: S1 in Electrical Engineering with 1–2 years of experience in solar PV maintenance, including inverter and battery systems.
* PLTS Operator: SMK/D3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Must understand solar plant operations and safety (K3) procedures. Willing to work in shifts.
## Administrative and Support Roles
We are hiring organized and reliable professionals to manage our site-based administrative functions.
* Admin GA: Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of HR/GA experience. Must be detail-oriented and willing to work on a contract basis (Maternity Leave cover) at the Batu Gajah site, North Sumatra.
* Admin Finance (PLTM Manajur): D3 degree with 1+ year of experience in site-based financial administration and accounting records.
